The Malta-based provider of online and mobile casino games Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the launch of this year’s Christmas Calendar campaign, which promises a very exciting and lucrative holiday season with a prize pool worth €500,000.
The campaign starts on December 1 and will run until January 3, bringing casino game provider’s BOOST collection of in-game promotional tools, including BRAG, the tool that allows players to share replays of their winning spins on Facebook and Twitter.
Exciting Titles, Lucrative Prizes
Aside from promotional tools, Christmas Calendar campaign will feature a wide variety of tournaments and Missions and Mystery Cash Races, while the players will be able to take home cash prizes going from €10 up to €10,000.
Many of Yggdrasil’s popular titles will be the part of the campaign, including classics such as Vikings Go Berzerk, Vikings Go Wild and Holmes and the Stolen Stones, as well as recently launched games Valley of the Gods and Jungle Books.
Since Yggdrasil Gaming campaigns are fully automated, with cash prizes transferred to players’ accounts as soon as they are won, operators running the Christmas Calendar campaign can focus solely on promotional activities.
Even Bigger This Year
Commenting on this year’s campaign, Yggdrasil Gaming Chief Executive Officer Fredrik Elmqvist said the company had decided to go bigger this year since the previous Christmas Calendar had been a huge success. Elmqvist added the prize pool had been more than double, which would help operators engage and retain players during the holiday season.
The company’s CEO also stated Yggdrasil wanted to encourage operators to use the calendar and to be creative in their campaigns, which would help them stand apart from the competition.
Christmas Calendar will be available to all partner operators, and players from the UK and Italy as well. Players in Italy will have a standalone calendar worth €20,000.
